Thank you for booking a stall at the above fair. We hope you will find it an enjoyable and productive day.

Stalls are pre-allocated and will be labelled. Setting up is 9am – 11am on the Saturday and 10am – 11am on the Sunday. Set up will be available on Friday afternoon between 2.30-4.30 pm. It is essential that stallholders arrive in good time to set up and are out of the building by 6.00pm on the Saturday and 7.00pm on the Sunday.

If you are held up in arriving please call us on the numbers below so that we keep your table, otherwise it may be reallocated, as per the booking conditions.

Each open stand is approximately 6’ x 6’. Trestle tables, chairs, plug point (within 5’ so please bring a short extension) and directory listings are all provided as part of each booking.

Please bring a table cloth to cover your table as the bare tables are less than attractive and if possible a small light to brighten up the stall! Feel free to bring a small pile of your leaflets to place on the Exhibitors Leaflets table. This table is for stallholders leaflets only (as well as businesses who pay £10 in advance for this service), so do not place any other leaflets other than your own there. We check the table throughout the day and bin any leaflets which do not belong on it. See our set-up guidance sheet on the booking form for more display suggestions. Please either turn down or switch off mobile phones for the duration of the fair to ensure that customers can really relax during the taster sessions and neighbouring exhibitors are not disturbed.

Posters and signage may not be stuck to the venue walls so please bring your own free-standing banners only. Naked flames, balloons or incense are not allowed due to the risk of setting off fire alarm systems. A Café will be provided in the basement of the building. Less-abled Access The venue will be used on several levels and internal access is by stairways only. Unloading & Parking Unloading is from directly outside the building on Palmerston Place but this is strictly supervised by traffic wardens so once unloaded you must move your vehicle.

There is on-street parking around the venue, which costs £1-2 per hour.. Nearest public car parks are:

Location

From Haymarket Station, turn right when exiting the station and walk towards Princes Street, along West Maitland Street. The second street on the left is Palmerston Place - we are just beyond the Cathedral.
Lothian Region Buses No.s 3, 4, 12, 25, 26, 31, 33, 44, 48 as well as the Airlink Bus from Edinburgh Airport, all stop at Haymarket/West Maitland Street.
